For Emergencies & Acute diseases give details in brief by phone / e-mail. Follow the advices as directed by your Doctor.

For Chronic / long standing diseases fill the detailed case sheet after studying well, by downloading from consultation page.

Your Doctor will send you a questionnaire through e-mail early / next day.

Send cheque or MO or MT, in the address/Bank details seen in Doctor's page, respectively and inform. Payment includes Consultation / Treatment charges + Medicine and Courier Charges.

Fill up & send back the questionnaire by e-mail or post.

After payment confirmation and studying the case carefully only, your Doctor will send the medicine through courier, within 2days, where you are, as given your address by e-mail.

You can contact your Doctor for further advice whenever needed. You have to update your contract in time.

if you want to consult in person, (Also on Doctors Request) you can take an appointment through e-mail, in advance.
